EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Catering to the hygiene standards for our products; all the exchanges received will go through a quality check by our team and would be further approved/declined for exchange.

We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
the product/s are returned after use
the products are damaged
the products do not have all the tags
the products are not in original packaging
the products not in the condition they were received
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

Initiating an Exchange: Contact our customer service team at ordersupport@knide.co.in
to initiate the exchange process. Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.

Exchange Options: Exchange can be done on the same product for the size and only once. In case the item is no longer available, we can have an alternative selection. The alternative exchange item should be of equal or greater value. If the desired item is of greater value, the price difference needs to be paid online through the link sent to you on email by ordersupport@knide.co.in

Shipping the Item Back: You are responsible for shipping the item back to us with the tracking ID sent to us on the same email thread.

Processing Time: Once we receive the returned item, the exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified of the status of your exchange via email.

Exceptions: If you have received a defective product, share images at ordersupport@knide.co.in
and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Once approved from our end, you are eligible to select the same item or a new one from our website. The alternative exchange item should be of equal or greater value. If the desired item is of greater value, the price difference needs to be paid online through the link sent to you on email by ordersupport@knide.co.in

Additional Notes: Shipping costs for the initial purchase are non-refundable. Any discounts applied to the original purchase will be carried over to the exchange.
